SIip-on flanges derives its name Slip-on as pipe slips in to the flange prior to welding as slip-on flanges are bored slightly larger then the outside diameter of the pipe. It becomes easy as a user to weld pipe both on inside and outside thereby he is assured of its durability i.e prevention of leakage in long run.
